Real operators, real Australian jobs
How it works
Sorted in three steps, not three phone calls.
No sign up to see your price and no card to hand over. You send the job, the operator does it, and they invoice you direct.
Tell us where you are
Drop in your postcode and a few quick details about the trap. About a minute, no sign up.
See a real price
You get a fixed, itemised price from the operator who covers your area, not a rough guess over the phone.
A provider may respond
If an eligible operator accepts the request, confirm the scope, timing, final price and invoicing directly.
Built for food businesses
Priced for real sites, not textbook ones.
Priced for tricky sites
Long hose runs, bolted lids, basement arrestors, after hours work. It is all costed up front, so the price holds when the truck turns up.
Any trap, any size
600L to 5000L and up, arrestors and interceptors, one trap or ten, routine service or an urgent overflow.
Get ahead of a blockage
A full trap means odour, slow drains and a failed trade waste check. Sort it before it costs you a day of trade.
For operators
Own the postcodes you already run.
Set your suburbs and your rates. Membership, not commission: you keep the invoice and bill the customer direct.
List your service area- Claim the suburbs and postcodes you already run, and hold the top slot where you take placement.
- Your own price is shown to the customer, verbatim. We never mark it up or take a cut of the job.
- Site address, trap size, hose run, lid access and preferred timing land on every lead.
Why it's different
Chasing grease trap quotes is a pain. This isn't.
Sorting a grease trap normally means working the phones and hoping someone rings back. Here is how much of that you can skip.
Ringing around
- Call two or three operators and repeat your site details each time
- Wait on a callback to find out if anyone even covers your postcode
- Prices that shift once someone actually looks at the job
- No idea who else is calling the same operator for the same job
Grease Traps Australia
- Enter your site details once, in about a minute
- A fixed price from the local operator's own rates, before you send anything
- No platform markup and no card in the flow
- One operator confirms and books the job, not a five way scramble
Pricing
No nasty surprises on the invoice.
You see the whole price before anyone books a truck. Here is exactly what is in it, and the handful of things that can move it.
What every quote includes
- Call out and attendance at the site
- The pump out itself
- Removal and disposal of the liquid waste
- Booking confirmation from the operator
What can change your price
- Trap size and number of traps on site
- Hose run from the truck to the trap
- Tanker access and lid type
- Urgent or after hours timing
FAQ
Got a question first? Fair enough.
The ones we get asked most, answered straight. There is a full list if you want more.
Do I pay anything online?
No. There is no card payment in the request flow and no consumer submission fee. If an operator accepts the request, confirm its invoicing and payment terms directly before work starts.
Is the price fixed, or an estimate?
The site calculates a request price from the details entered. An eligible operator must still review the scope, access and timing before accepting or confirming a final price.
Who actually receives my request?
The request is recorded for provider review. If an eligible operator accepts it, the job details may be shared so they can discuss the service with you. Delivery and response are not guaranteed.
What changes the quote?
Trap size, number of traps, hose run to the truck, tanker access, lid type, urgent or overflow work, and after hours timing. The form asks for these up front so the price is right the first time.
What if I do not know the trap size?
Choose unknown and add notes or photos. The request can still be recorded, but an operator may need to confirm the size before accepting or pricing the job.
Do you cover my area?
Every Australian postcode can submit a request. Provider coverage and availability vary, so a displayed request price does not guarantee that an operator will accept the job.
